What to Bring / What not to Bring:
• Camp Cell Phone Policy: Cell phones are NOT allowed at Camp Indianhead. Please make sure your camper leaves their cell phone at home. Please do not allow or encourage your camper to sneak in a cell phone. If they have one it will be taken away and put in the office until the end of the camp session.
• If you’d like to send a note to your camper you can use Camp Omega’s online Parent-to-Camper E-Mailsystem, which is accessible through your online account. (Find “Message Center” in the pulldown menu in the top left corner of your screen.) Your eLetter will be printed out and given to your camper, who can then respond to you through the same system. Campers love to get mail!
• If you are planning to mail letters or packages to your camper please do so at the very beginning of the week. If you mail them Tuesday or later your child will be gone before the mail is delivered. When addressing mail, please use this format:
Camper’s Name
Camp Omega / Indianhead

Waterville, MN 56096
• Be sure to pack: Sleeping bag (or, blanket & bed sheets), pillow, pillow-case, towel, washcloth, jacket, flashlight, swimsuit (see dress policy below), clothing for outdoor activities, bag for dirty laundry, rain gear, chap stick, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, and other toiletry articles, sun screen, insect repellent, Bible, pen or pencil, and closed-toe running shoes for outdoor activities and trail rides.
• Do not bring food of any kind (this attracts unwanted “guests” in the cabins). Any kind of weapon (including knives) or illegal substance is strictly forbidden.
• Camp Dress Code and Swim Suit Policy: Our choice of clothing is an opportunity to honor the God who gave us the gift of our bodies and to show love to those around us. Please keep this in mind as you plan for the week. Pack clothing that is not too tight or revealing. Female swimsuits should cover most of the midsection. Clothing should not promote drugs, alcohol or suggestive innuendos. If someone is dressed in a way that dishonors God or their
neighbor, they will be asked to change or wear a t-shirt over their swimsuit.
